Board of Directors Meeting

Friday, August 6^th

Condo of Jim Alsbaugh

In attendance was Jim Alsbaugh, Bill Hopes and Lisa Stumpf. Meeting was called to order by Jim at 3:00 p.m..

Topics discussed:

• Two new Board members were approved by the board. Joining the board is Rich Schumacher and Joe Krashin.
• It was determined that no condo owners are violating the condo association rules by renting out their condo.
• Two bids have been submitted for painting the rear posts of the complex. Further review of the bids are being conducted before selection.
• It has been determined and approved that the dock cables need to be inspected and repaired/replaced where necessary. This will ensure the continued stability and safety of our docks. This will come out of our Dock Cable reserves.
• It was determined that the previous bid for upgrading the docks to bring them up to code was approved and this project will commence this fall.
• It was agreed that the removal of dead or uprooted trees need to be completed to prevent any infrastructure damage to the complex.
• Future dues for Harrison’s villas was discussed. Terry Heig provided detailed spreadsheets with a breakdown of fixed and variable expenses of the complex maintenance which will assist in determining quarterly assessment for the villas once sold. A meeting with Harrison will be held in the near future.
