Meeting was called to order
The Following Board Members where present:
Shelia Benson, Bill Blair, Judy Stites, and Carolyn Wilson.
The following Board Members where absent:
Bob Jakubeck
Topics of discussion were as follows:
1) Water Storage tank and well pump inspection. Shelia contacted Ozark Applicators LLC of Van Buren, MO to get details of what the inspection entailed. Tank has to be emptied to inspect. No plans to do as of this date.
Shelia is going to contact the DNR for rules for tank cleaning and will go forward from there.
2) New Patio furniture for pool. Judy Stites has located sets at Home Depot in special order magazine for consideration.
Board will continue to look at different alternatives of pool furniture.
3) We discussed having an Financial Review of our books. Past President Joe Krashin has given Shelia the name of a CPA in Grandview, MO. She will check Tax Returns, Bank Accounts, checks, etc.
No decision was made.
4) Meeting for Condo Owners will be Memorial Day weekend
5) It was brought to our attention that Charlie Clark’s insurance was canceled by American Family Insurance Co. Charlie has gotten new insurance coverage “Maintenance Man doing Handyman Work.”
