Harbor at Port Royale Board Meeting
At the Swimming Pool
Meeting was attended by Bill Blair, Shelia Benson, Judy Stites, and Carolyn Wilson.
Topics of Discussion:
- Budget for 2009 - No new expenses are known at this time.
- Names for new directors come November. Two names were put up for election.
1. Jack Brown, condo 116-4D, Full time resident
- Painting bids for painting all posts on back of condos. Judy Stites is getting bids. Said people with screens would be removed and reinstalled.
Association could furnish a quart of paint to each owner with screens and owner would paint there own posts on the inside of deck.
- CPA Report on Review. Discussed having Association Treasurer plus a small committee to go over financial reports at least twice a year.
- Pool Heater: Shelia Benson talked to Insurance Jeff Lang and he said to leave heater as is until it actually goes bad.

Pool Drain: On
- Pool Estimate for painting and Plastering: Board decided, Vaughan Pool would receive the contract to repair pool. Painting, grinding, repairs, and replacing drain. The money for repairs will be taken out of Money Market Account.
- Tank on top of the hill: Charlie will wash tank to see if it needs painting or if it has rust on bottom outside.
