The Port Royale Web Site Help Page
I have received several questions about the Port Royale Web Site and how to find certain information.
The web site has a Home Page and Twenty one other pages that you can navigate to from the Home Page. The following is a short recap of each page and what is included on each page.
Certain pages are Password Protected to keep certain information private from outside users. All Port Royale finance information and home owner personal information is protected. If you forget the userid and password it is included on your last Association Dues Statement.
Home Page: This is the welcome page to the Port Royale Web Site. You can navigate to one of seventeen different pages from the home page. Also include on the Home Page is directions to Port Royale, The current weather in Sunrise Beach, and a Amber Alert Ticker.
Web Site Help: This page contains information about what is on each page of the Port Royale web site
News and Information: This page is used to announce things that are happening at Port Royale and or at the Lake. We have used this page to welcome new home owners, new boating laws, changes to the complex, reminders of condo rules, party announcements, and any news of interest.
Seawall: This is a special page that was added to talk about the seawall problem. This page will be removed from the web site once the seawall issue has been resolved.
Board of Directors: This page includes a list of Current Port Royale Board Members. It also shows the term of each Board Member.
Emergency Numbers & Contact List: This page includes emergency numbers for the Sheriff, Fire Department, Shore Patrol, and Ambulance. It also includes numbers for Port Royale Maintenance Company, utility companies, and a list of recommends numbers for electrical service, plumbers, heating and air conditioning services, and several services.
Finance Page: This page is Password Protected. This page includes links to different Port Royale Financial pages. Currently there are the last 5 months of Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Reports, also the 2004 year end report for each. There is also a link to the 2005 Port Royale Budget and the Reserve Report.
Minutes of Meeting Page: This page includes links to copies of minutes of home owners meetings. Currently there are minutes to the 11/07/2004 and 08/07/2005 meetings.
E-Mail Address Page: This page is Password Protected. This page includes a list of most Port Royale Homeowners current e-mails addresses.
Port Royale Rules: This page includes a List of The Port Royale Rules.
Condo Address List: This page is Password Protected. This page includes three links; one to an alphabetical listing of all homeowners and condo numbers, the second to a name and address and phone number listing of all home owners, and the third is a link to a listing of old condo numbers / new condo numbers.
Dock & Garage List: Want to know who is in the slip or garage next to you. This page includes a list of all Dock Slips, PWC Slips and Garages and who the owners are.
Forms: This page currently has two different forms on it. The first one is an Architectural Request Form, this form is used for any changes that you want to make to the exterior of your Condo, Garage, or Slip. The second form is an Update Form, which is used to update name, address, phone numbers, and email addresses.
By Laws: This page contains a copy of the Harbor at Port Royale’s By Laws.
Condominium Declaration: This page contains a copy of the Harbor at Port Royale’s Condominium Declaration.
For Sale Page: This page contains items that home owners want to sell. Home owners can list anything that they want to sell on this page. For example the following items have been listed for sale on the For Sale Page, condos, garages, boat and PWC slips, boats, PWC s, and lifts.
Condo Owners: This page contains links to three other pages, one for each building. The individual building pages contain pictures of home owners by condo. If your picture is not out there, or you don’t like the picture that we have. Send us a new one at the Port Royale email address.
